Ever since I started and lifting right I finish in <3 minutes during sex.

How can I fix this fit? What's the point in getting laid if it's over so quick?

Personally, I do cardio every time I lift, so that's 5 times a week.

Not very intense, or of particularly long duration, but just so that I have a decent baseline of cardiovascular health.
