Alright, so I'm finally going to get off my lazy ass and hit the weights. Only problem is that my school's gym is only open Mon-Thurs. Only option I'm seeing is a PPL? So Mon: Push Tues:Leg W:Pull T:Push then alternate each week, is this good? Or can someone link a better program
