Am I doing too many reps? What's the cut-off for the high reps meme?

Example routine:
3x10 DB Curl + Press
3x10 Crush Grip Goblet Squat
3x10 DB Thrusters
3x10 Tripod DB Rows
3x10 DB Bench Press
3x10 DB Bench Overhead Pull

Yes all I have are dumbbells because I'm /homegym/ and /poor/ and /new/.

Is it really all about weight? I just want to get bigger and look aesthetic. Actual strength would be nice too, but I'm not trying to do cardio.

Presently I'm not upping my weights until I can complete all my reps at my current weight. Is that dumb? I'm not trolling. How many reps should I be aiming for?

Any more or less than 5.5 reps and you're just asking for wimpyness and injury. You want to make sure the weights are slow enough to create trophys but loose enough to promote diabolical window.
