i only have two 14.6 lbs dumbbells at home.
can i complete a day's worth of lifting with only these two, or how can i maximize my session with just this?
and if its possible, how?
ps: i'm a newbie and am just trying to start lifting

Try six heavy books.
If I can do it so can u
Look you can do a better workout with NO equipment, although a pull-up bar would be nice.
If you really want to use those dumbbells, I suppose they'll make squat jumps a bit harder and they're probably fine for turkish get-ups.

I mostly train with calisthenics and dumbbells OP, but my dumbells are the kind you can put more disks on, so i can get quite a lot of weight in there. They are fine for most purposes, if I see chest lagging behind I just do push ups variations n shiet. I bike a lot so legs are not an issue.
I got two dumbbells as well but I can adjust the weight (each one is 2kg (4.4lbs) and I got a total of 24kg in weights(53lbs)). I found those two programs that seems okay with me:

I'm a total beginner, I've been loosing weight by dieting for the last 6 months, and I planned on starting with the weight lifting after this week end.
Does those seems decent? Any other ideas?
this is my dumbbell-only routine, been doing it for 2 months and feels good desu. In my case I want bigger arms, shoulders and traps, thats why I work them everyday
