A pound of ground turkey on pita with sliced avocado, tomato, cheddar cheese, and spicy taco sauce. A yellow mango and cottage cheese for dessert . Sorry I already ate it, no pic. I was going to make a frozen pizza but this is way more filling and more protein. And fewer calories since I think I've gone a little too far on my diet recently and lost a little ab definition.

I bought this delicious looking spinach and feta salmon burger. I love salmon sushi, this'll be good. But apparently, I've never had cooked salmon because by god this is the fishiest thing I've ever eaten and it's disgusting.

Now that I'm not a fat fuck I finally decided to start bulking. I'm eating at maintenance for a week before then just to get used to eating more, and holy fuck is it great
