Here's the thing. Sexual attraction is determined 100% by genetics. The factors that matter are HEIGHT, FACE and FRAME. I know that's brutal - believe me, I don't like it either, but unfortunately it's the way it is. Do not make the mistake of thinking that guy somehow "lifted" his way out of being an incel. He was decent looking in the first place. Examples like that have had FAT covering an ALREADY GOOD FACE or FRAME, but it was LOSING A NEGATIVE (i.e. fat) rather than GAINING A "POSITIVE" (muscle), that made them look better. I used quotation marks for the word positive, because gaining muscle isn't actually a good thing in the eyes of women - it's neutral.

if getting laid's your goal, GIVE UP. Lifting is great for THERAPEUTIC PURPOSES and improving physical HEALTH, but it won't do SHIT to help get you laid. Sexual attraction is determined by ENTIRELY GENETIC factors.

Another reason to stay away is the fact that the "making it" mentality is literal PSYCHOSIS. Seriously, it's the definition of INSANITY. Doing the same thing OVER AND OVER, hitting the gym SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK, eating nothing but CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI because you think it'll make you more attractive to women, and... getting no results... but continuing to do it... year after year.

Think of "self improvement" as floating in a swimming pool. The chances are, you're ALREADY AFLOAT, and can't get any higher. The ONLY time someone improves their situation is if they take weights OFF themselves (lose fat) and then float up to where they should've been anyway.

Let's see, what do I do other than (insert buzz words here) ? Socialize with friends. Whether it's at the gym, at a restaurant, at the cinema, on a hike, or just at my house which I bought myself.

When I'm not socializing with friends? Reading novels, hanging out with my girlfriend, having sex, taking our dogs for walks together, playing board games together.

On top of that I do Jiu Jitsu 5 nights a week and compete regularly. I've also taught a few classes and will only be teaching more regularly as I get better.

I've come to this realisation also but it's not entirely true. Girls love men with passions and hobbies. So lifting as a passion will improve your chances but not because you look good, but because you have a more interesting personality and life.

That's why lifting for girls is a meme. Ironically, lifting for yourself will get you more girls.
