I can't do it without weighlifting shoes due to shitty dorsiflexion in my ankle. I ripped the left one when I was 14.

You might be able to do it in flat shoes though, I unno.

You squat to low your knees stick out past your feet and any heavier could fold you in fucking half because you lean forward too much

Also be mindful of buttwink. Couldn't see much from that angle, but that can also lead to lower back snaps. Make sure to squat to the point where you cant keep your hip in line with your spine anymore (thats when the ass tilts down), and then go up again.

That and the bar placement in relation to your backs angle are the only things wrong

You should film from the exact side of your barpath / middle of your foot. It's hard to check form this way.

Other than that; the first few reps are good. You start to bend forward more towards the end of the set. So focus on keeping as upright as possible and if you have long femurs let your knees pass your toes more. Maybe keep the bar a little lower instead of in your neck.

You break at hips before your knees, it should be the other way round, soreness can be caused by insufficient glute activation, do a glute warmup like bridges etc before you squat.
