This is getting incredibly popular here. Almost everyone who works out at the sports park does this.
I have done Morpheus & Ares today and I have to admit that I really liked it (I'm a runner actually, just getting fit for my future job).
What's /fit/'s take on freeletics?

Freeletics is an application for mobile devices that serves as a digital personal trainer. The user can choose from a number of "workouts" (all comprised of bodyweight exercises), track their progress, and share with others.
There is a free and a paid version.
The goal is to complete all exercises and repitions in the least time possible.
>>36756275
>paid version
>paying for a personal trainer
>paying for a DIGITAL personal trainer
lmao
other than that I think bodyweight exercises are a fine, if suboptimal way to get /fit/
but
>all exercises and repitions in the least time possible.
yeah nah this just encourages poor form and is not a good way to train for hypertrophy
just another meme fad I guess, itll pass

You get a personalized workout plan & schedule.
It's free, simple & you can do it anywhere.

I agree. Nothing wrong with body weight. Being able to do a couple of these are my goals senpai
>>36756312
I don't use the paid version myself, but it should be some something like 10$/month.
You of course still have to pay attention to form.
Many people here do it together in public to watch each others form, motivate and brag.

Crossfit-lite.
>not just doing start bodyweight

It's basically workouts composed of a well-rounded mix of these exercises.
Example Ares (5 repitions):
8 Pullups
8 Situps
100m Sprint
I had a thread about this last week.
The tl;dr version is basically: Always ask yourself what they're trying to sell to you.
The impressive videos are really suspect.

>The impressive videos
Never seen them, don't care.
I just really like the concept and would like to know if its approved by fitness nerds.
