heres my typical diet when cutting. its really boring

>Breakfast
>protein shake ~300 cals 40g p

>Lunch
>2 cheese sticks and a greek yogurt
>300 cals 30g p

>Snack
>1 serving of blue corn chips
>120 cals

>dinner
>chicken, fish, any sort of meat really
>edemame if i feel like it
>salad

I try to stay under 2000 cals. I lift 6 times a week and do cardio 3-4 times. i aim for 120g protein and thats really all i care about. Sometimes ill save enough cals for a glass of wine at night.

i can spell it out for you if you want. I have a home gym with a rack, barbell, bench, lat pulldown machine(part of rack), pec fly machine(also part of rack), and gymnastic rings. Trying to save up some money for dumbbells.

lay it out for me bro. I do a similar diet but only lift 3 times a week with cardio in between when I can. At the gym roughly 5 days a week

Push
>bench 3x8 (on second push day i switch this out for 4x10 dips)
>OHP 3x8
>pec flies 3x10
>lateral raises 3x10
>tricep pull downs 3x10

Pull
>bent over barbell row 3x8
>lat pulldown 3x10
>chin ups 4x10
>curls 3x10
>Rowing machine, usually 2-3km

Leg
>Squat 3x8
>power clean 3x5
>lunges 3x10
>ab roller 3x10
>russian twists 3x10
>Rowing machine again for about 2-3km
I had deadlifts in here but i have scoliosis and i had to stop doing them. too much pain

This was originally the routine i was on when bulking but i had a lot of fun with it so im just continuing with it.

full body workouts, 2-3 times a week.

have to leave for work soon, but an example:

>reverse lunge
>inverted rows

there are much better examples out there, but anyways, full body workouts really work for me. goodluck casper
