This happens, especially if you're a bodybuilder (a real one, not some faggot "lifting for aesthetics").
Part of it, naturally, is the size, part of it is that as your muscles grow and increase in strength, they lose some of their elasticity. You can mitigate this somewhat through stretching, but even as a natty it will eventually be very difficult to wash your back without a brush.
I just get my gf to wash my back with soap once or twice a week, now, and let the hot water do its work the rest of the week.

Hot water will wash away the superficial stuff that congregates together, but it will leave trace oils on the skin that have potentially been there for weeks. Your own info disproves your argument. Showers are considered hot past 42 degrees and unbearably hot at 46 degrees C. Not only are you not washing away the bacteria and other solid matter, and lipid soluble waste products through rubbing it off your skin, you aren't even killing the bacteria through temperature exposure either.
