I dislocated my thumb once playing basketball.
Shattered my wrist playing basketball. Had to get surgery. I dont have full mobility. Drank alot got hooked on pills and gained 60 lbs. Eventually broke off from that shit and have made decent gains since then.
R.i.p to my lower back squatting
Took 10 months to heal. Took me 3years to get back to my old pr.
Hurt my wrists catching a clean. Took ~2 months to heal
Hurt my shoulder at work which took 5 months to heal
Fell down a flight of stairs took 2 months to heal.
Snap city sucks but its not permanent. My lifes gonna suck when im 50

I also hurt my wrist catching a clean, although the healing process took longer than 2 months in my case. It was pretty shit, actually. I couldn't even hold up a stack of folders with one hand without being in pain. Destroyed my gains.
I've tweaked my back doing deadlifts before, and while it wasn't anything serious it's scared me enough to swear off deadlifts forever.

1+ year ago hurt my left shoulder while bench pressing.
One of the most naaty pains I ever had, couldn't bp and push up anymore.
Couldn't even wear my backpack to college, withhout popping 5 pills or so.
It healed about 6 months ago but it still cracks more often then it uses to.
Had a similar thing happen to my right shoulder a few months ago...
Not that bad as the left one, but fuck I can't bp now either.
It's not about form but I have this chronicaly tired thing (sorry 4 poor english), so im really having trouble feeling when im pushing it to much and all

Squatting after doing heavy labor all day. That was four months ago. Cant sit on the ground for long with out dull pain creeping up.

Nigga I snappidy snapped my shit up while doing squats. Lower back hurt for 3 weeks. Decided to do diddly yesterday, backpain magically went away. I just hope it doesnt come back with vengeance
