It doesn't care when and how you get your creatine , creatine is also in red meat witch basically is creatine and protein.

OP it's obvious you don't understand shit about nutrition or you wouldn't be asking such a simple question. Go and educate yourself and you'll make life a lot easier.
Your question is on par with a person asking if it's OK to put water in their cars gas tank. It's just really really stupid and shows a profound ignorance of even the basics of nutrition.
In answer to your question, it's fine to take creatine with your protein.
No
Creatine and Protein compete for the same receptors in the intenstine and the body will prioritize the important stuff first, a.k.a. the protein. The body will metabolize the protein first and the creatine will spend more time in your blood because it doesn't get absorbed as quickly. the pH of creatine is significantly lower than the standard 7.4 of the blood so this means that your blood effectively becomes more acidic. Not by a much and not to do any accute injury, but after a few years you might develop higher blood pressure and reduced power in the venous valves (specifically in the lower extremeties) which causes edema/fluid build up, basically making your ankles swollen. This can at worst lead to a heart attack or stroke.
