Took SS as far as I could, and most intediate programs are shit. I need a routine that works for my needs. Link me a better one that won't have me doing % of my maxes, or hard and easy days, or all Squats

This honestly isn't the best.
A good rule to follow when making a good routine is making sure you have a 1:1 push pull ratio.
Will help prevent your shoulders from giving out on you.
Also why is OHP your only shoulder exercise? Your shoulders aren't going to be proportional to the rest of your body.

OHP is actually my best exercise, I can hit 145x5. Don't know why, I have a weak af back but a well developed chest and shoulders

It is indeed the best, but you need more than 1 exercise. You have so many arm exercises but only 1 that works the shoulders at all. I would increase the shoulder exercise to 5x5 or just add lateral raises and face pulls.
You will thank me a year from now when you have nice shoulders.

Those two things vary greatly based on what kind of day I'm having, so xF is the only way not to be disappointed or underworked
