Try having 2-4 eggs, one cup of oatmeal with a scoop of protein mixed in, and a banana with peanut butter spread on it

if female, you will have to establish status at the gym your first day there. To do this wear spandex shorts that show off your vagina and bend over in front of everyone as often as possible. This will act on their subconscious mind and they will quickly accept you as being fit.
