What are /fit/ food staples?

I started getting fit a month ago and I'm looking for new foods/recipes. Specifically I'm looking for something I can make for lunch at work, I'm getting really tired of sandwiches everyday.

I'm cutting and looking for cheap, filling foods. I'm going to the store soon and I'll be buying:

My Morning meal is 4 eggs, 6 egg whites, 12 oz Chicken breast, and 4oz 96% lean beef, 8oz Potatoes. Keeps me full all day until dinner, and I have a soul-crushing appetite.

Dinner is the same, except replace eggs with more chicken (1.5-2lbs).

Lunch is 80g oats for preworkout.
