Well I actually on right tracks now. Past week I slept for 4 hours a day to improve my life. Was warking night shifts, studying the whole day and didn't even had time to eat well. Past week destroyed my gains diet and all but Im glad. Im back to gym and diet next week and I improved qualifications so I can change job soon. I'm on fire lately lads

Continue my daily diet consistency. I've dropped 7 pounds in about 3 weeks. Study and get homework done, some reading, go to church, and that's about it.
