How can i improve this meal? I had an egg on it but i ate it.

Next meal. How can i improve this vomitting looking oatmeal?

Peanut butter will help thicken it up a bit if that's tour style, also..

Cook the greens down in some garlic. Finish with some fresh lemon squeezed over the top.

Marinate the beef before pan searing. Look up simple marinades, find something you like.

Noodles...if you're bulking, add butter and salt. If you aren't, a little hot sauce never hurt. Fresh pepper. Maybe a little cumin?

Dab of mustard would do well for that taste of you like that. Nice kick of vinegar. Maybe some sliced almonds? Crushed peanuts?

Just some ideas.

Soy sauce, hot sauce, basically any sauce that's low calorie, lemon juice, pepper (or about 50 other spices and dried herbs if are willing to try things out patiently) soup stocks/bullion cubes, instant curry roux.

If you are willing to add extra calories sometimes it's better to just throw in some butter or cheese than something sugary like bbq sauce, syrup, or whatever.
