Damn, i always wanted to try paintball. Looks fun as fuck. Too bad there is almost no teams or interest in this sport around here.
I used to wrestling in school and uni, doing mixed martial arts now, mostly striking though. I go to rock climbing\bouldering sometimes, but i'm not that serious about it.

Where do you play?

Some advice:
>20 yard dashes
Start with 5 yards and work your way up. You want to be able to get a quick pace from a dead stop.
>practice diving and sliding
>practice snap-shooting
This is the single biggest skill to work on after communication and before running and shooting.
>plyometrics
Look for a training video called One With the Gun. Max Lundquist is the main guy in it, he played for Stockholm Joy/Joy Division. It's cheesy but it has a ton of great information as far as gun practice and physical training. Well worth finding.
Dynasty 101 has lots of great info too. I like how they break down field positions too.

Where do you live? Check out a site like PBNation.com for a place in you area. Play the first chance you get. Try to play woods or scenario first. Tournament style is brutal for noobs.

Airsoft, got a team (we're from /k/) and I got automatic rifleman/support and have to carry at least 100+ pounds of ammo,mags, and my own m240 over shitty terrain.
Farmers walks and cardio, specifically running, with weights really helps

Endurance is the obvious one but lifting helps me when I'm high pointing the ball as a receiver.

oh shit, I love ultimate frisbee, can confirm about the ultimate qt3.14s. Ive always been athletic, but also super skelly. At the end of last june I was 6'4 and 135, could almost dunk, but I realized that I had atrophied from way to much gaming. I started lifting, now I'm 170, but all low BF % so I look more attractive to normies. Also, my jump literally increased by a straight up foot, and I now dominate in the 'go up and get it' department of ultimate frisbee.
