Today I, a /fit/izen, have created the vest bulking meal for newbs it's simple and taste great

Here it is. It is ground beef and chicken + a frozen experiment stofer's mac n cheese white cheddar cheese packet


Step 1 cook the beef and chicken

Step 2 heat up the mac n cheese

Step 3 mix

Want something easier? Buy a roast pork, lamb and beef. Whatever cuts, doesn't really matter. Shred all the roasts and bag them individually to freeze. Then buy a shitload of ramen noodles, preferably the mii goreng ones. Cook the noodles, microwave the meat and then combine that shit. Takes less than 5 minutes once it's done. Lots of fat, carbs and protein. Also digests quickly so you can fit in a bowl between regular meals if you're really bulking

a large varity of dishes using the same cheap basic inggridients over and over

-for example since you are bulking i would have gone french
-chope 1 onion 2 carrots
-saute in butter
-add 1half teaspoon celery salt(of fresh cut celry)
-rub chicken with thyme
-throw chicken in pan with the veggies
-when the chickens thru add some cream and water(or milk i guess)
-throw in a bay leaf
-throw in those noodles
-simmer till noddles are done
-throw some parsly or herbes de provence on top if you want

would take me 20 min
would cost about the same as your meal
