I'm doing my own programme since I'm doing full body 2x a week. Yea, not really /fit/ approved, but it fits my time schedule and I have a steady progress every workout. I only change things per exercise when they stop working.

First SB 5x5, D 3x3
Second SBD sesionfixing errors,eg spoto press, pause squats, deficit deadlifts.... At strength ranges.

Obviously, with accesories, like front squats, OHP, dips, flies, pullups, rows, CGBP or the same exercise at other rep ranges with loewr intensity. Last exercise of every session at more or less 12 reps. First exercise at 3 or 5. 3, 4 or 5 exercises per session.
Deload every "I feel fucking weak and i'm not progresing" and progress 1kg on bench a week and 2 on squafs and deadlifts.


/fit/ aproved for someone that wants to stay in the same weight? (adding 1 or 2kg to bw every 4 months is okay too)
