find the best running shoes for you and keep running, in my experience as my legs got stronger i stoped having shin splints

make sure youre not striking with your heel and try to land flat flooted
Go to a good sports physio and they'll sort you out breh. I got microfractures in both shins which took 6 months to heal when I started running.

I'll keep running. I won't give up no matter what. Just want things to be less painful.

Rest until your shit is healed.
Have rest days between run days(1 or 2 at first).
Run three times a week at first.
Don't increase distance ran more than 10% a week.
Do only LISS until your body gets used to running(it's also good to build your mileage and aerobic base).
Get proper shoes.
Learn good running form(landing below your center of gravity is the most important part).
And eat calcium i guess.
Move to the seaside and swim instead.

Do what said >>36682655
Shoes dont really matter unless you are running in dress shoes or shit like that
Compression calf sleeves or tape
Stretching, especially the calf muscle
Strengthening exercises.

Have you been running for long?
Shin Splints will go away on its own after a while.
If it does not go away on its own i suggest that you get your feet measured and get a properly fited shoe sole.
