Depends on how much your lifting. If you're still below 1/2/3/4 you should stick it out with SS - effort/diet/rest will have you hitting that mark sooner or later with linear progression. At that point, squatting heavy once a week with accessory exercises will do you alright.

That really depends on how big you are. Someone who's around 150-160 5'8" who hits 1/2/3/4 for 1RM is probably ready to move onto another routine.

If you're, say 200 6'2" then 1/2/3/4 for 5RM is relatively the same spot.

subluxed sc joint (partially dislocated the inner end of the clavicle) it's healing slowly, but I can't bench more than 2x per week without aggravating it atm, and I can't get enough volume lifting heavy without 3-4x per week, so in order to fill out my volume I have to lift light and high reps, the lighter weight also doesn't aggravate the sc joint as much

Yeah, definitely wish I spent a little extra, but it's ok. Shoots fairly accurately, if a little slow. I'm fine with the purchase tho. I'll keep this one for bunnies and something that can rattle around in my car.

That's probably because you're comparing the Australian branch of the IPF to the US branch of a non-IPF fed. Different weight classes between those - the non-IPF aussie feds use the same classes as the non-IPF US feds.

Also both lots have lighter weight classes than that. They're just rarely bothered with because so few adults fit in to them.
