How much can you curl? What is a moderate upper bound on the weight that can be curled by a human?

Arnie was repping, admittedly a little sloppily, around 125kg at his biggest/strongest for the Olympia competitions.

No way was he curling 275 pounds. Maybe rowing that weight, but nobody could curl that one-armed...
my one arm curl is like 15 kg or something like that

How many times a week do you train arms?
Curling is the only thing my gymBro is at a higher weight on and I want to catch up / overtake him.

I did basically just curls in my parent's basement between the ages of 14 and 19, and now I can curl 30kg dumbbells for sets of 8 but my arms are disproportionately huge

I train upper body in general three times a week. I curl in either one or two of those times on alternating weeks.

easier when your arms max out at a 90 degree bend
I curl a lot
Can do 70lbs 2 handed on the ez bar, 50lb hammer curls for clean reps. 40lbs one arm strict curls
Curls are really fun for me, i dont know why

This is absolutely the most DYEL question I've ever heard.
Only on Saturdays. Used to be on a league but work schedule interfered with practice so o had to drop out. Its still a fun sport to do recreationally.

i don't even know, probably about 40kg x 5, i fucking hate curls so don't do them
>curled by a human
not by someone who's left humanity behind? probably about 1pl8, i see a fair few big guys curling that with decent form.
I don't straight bar curl, shit will break my forearms, I don't ez bar either as I don't own one in my home gym. I do max probably 17.5kg dumbells for reps of 8. Looking to go up to 20kg so I can do more chin ups.
