So I just started lifting the other day. 2 days ago to be exact. I'm actually the most sore I've ever been.

Should I still go back to the gym even though I can barely walk up and down stairs? I don't know if it's more wise to rest or not. My whole body is sore beyond anything I've ever felt.

Not if you started 2 days ago after about 3 weeks I recommend going to the gym when you're sore
