I don't think it matters at this stage. When you start getting more muscular, you'll welcome all the roughness and hard bumps that you find on your muscles.

P.S please start training your triceps. I'm not trying to put you down, but it shouldn't be flat like that when in that pose. It really does not look good and people will unconsciously judge you for it even if they know nothing about lifting.
