Going on maintenance while I start up running for the summer. My goal is to not lose strength.
Planning on lifting 2x a week and running 5 miles 3-4x a week.
Day 1: Deadlift, Bench, Bent Row, weighted pull Ups
Day 2. Squat, Front Squat, weighted Dips, (need an excersise here)
Is this an okay program to just not lose muscle so I can be in a good place when I go to bulk in the fall? Also what should I do as my 4th excersise on my second day?
Also this is a running related thread. How's your cardio gains coming?

Putting focus on gaining weight so it has all but stalled at this point.

You can get back to that fitness level easy. Sometime you just have to switch focuses though. How's the lifting going?
Also, anyone have advice about maintenance throughout the summer?
