High bar. Low bar puts the body other than arms in almost identical shape to deadlifts. High bar puts more on your quads. Let the deadlifts build the other muscles

if you do this and know how to do it with proper form the posterior chain and quads will get about equal work and the hamstring will learn how to better be an agonist in knee flexion, it will also help build lower body drive and in the formation of mind muscle connection in the leggos senpai

If you want to Olympic lift: learn highbar

If you are a hobbyist: do whichever you prefer (although I'd say highbar is better overall, unless you just like lifting more)
