As an older guy who is good with women, I think the main issue that guys have with women is that they try too hard. Relax. Stop over thinking every single thing and just act how you normally would around a human being. Whether that be a man OR or a woman. What you have to do is move to a town or city with a ton of girls, make an ass of yourself for two or three years (the duration of law school, for example) by interacting with all of them, asking them out, getting shot down, going on bad dates, going on good dates, going to parties and holding up the wall, going to parties and flirting, throwing parties nobody comes to, throwing parties that get way too big, and otherwise just taking risks until social interaction is a skill you can honestly claim. Then you're in a great position to market all your good qualities, or just to bullshit your way past the lack thereof.

Aesthetics gets you an audition where you would otherwise have none. It enhances your ability to impress a pretty girl who is already impressed by your smooth-talking ways. You're never going to get the girl with aesthetics alone.
