Hi,I don't have acces to a gym,what would be a best 3 day weekly workout program for me?

Pull up bar
1 modular 10 kg dumbell
2x 5 kg dumbbells
Dip bars

Tricep extensions
Bicep curls / hammers
Pull-ups / chin-ups
Push-ups

Since you're a beginner you can do 3 sets of 8-10 every other day
