Which cardio machine burns the most calories? Stairmaster or treadmill on incline? Others?
Also, does wearing a hoody and sweats over shorts and a tuna shirt make much of a big difference in total calories burned? Or is it a myth that the more you sweat the more calories you burn?

T-shirt**
Swimming actually burns the most calories, after that treadmill. I'm more of a fan of a rowing machine than anything else though.
This is purely conjecture, but I don't think you lose much more weight in sweats. 80% of weight lost is in the form of carbon dioxide exhaled. 20% comes from water and you will be replacing that.

this is actually true

Lol you're dumb as shit
What you wear will only affect your water weight which already fluctuates a ton so it really doesn't matter unless you have to weigh in for something.

Where do you think it goes?

Just don't eat the calories in the first place.
Nothing burns calories more efficiently than fork putdowns and plate pushaways.
