Bill recommended going on Spotify and searching for their "Sleep" album and listening to some stuff on there. I'm partial to Rainstorms/Thunder and they had an album with that.

How much do you eat, 800 calories or so? I'm planning on running it when I hit 195 or so until I go back down to 170ish, and the looming threat of it spooks me.
