IQ simply means much knowledge you have. It doesn't mean that you are intelligent. People in Africa don't have a high IQ because a lot of them don't go to school. Doesn't mean that they are all dumb, just that they don't have a high education.

People who are smart enough to do that are one of two types of people: total autistic academic pieces of shit who focus entirely on one thing to find any success in it, or people who succeed at most things they do. If you're the first one, sure, you might be smart, that's cool, you learned a lot from years of hard work, good job. If you're the second one, guess what? You're successful in your career, you have hobbies you enjoy and perform well in, you might even have a good social life if you're into it.
I'm not exactly the second one, but I'm much closer to that than to the first one. I'm a designated urban planner in Canada at a fairly high level in my career for my age, I'm a competition body builder, I play jazz music (trombone and trumpet) and I play board games once or twice a week with some friends.

I was tested for a program for gifted kids. Got in, minimum score was 130. Parents never told me my score as they thought it would lead to dick measuring on the playground.

Our entire program ended up segregated from the rest of the kids at the school. Only the very best looking or the most charismatic had contact with the regular kids. I figured that I'd never get laid like that so transitioned back to the regular stream for highschool.

Interacting with ~100 IQ people isn't a problem. You may have to explain a few more steps in your reasoning but it's not a big deal. Its like explaining a concept to a kid a few years younger than you. You might have to break shit down so they follow but it's not like dumb people can't understand complex topics.
