I started about a year ago at 58kg and 182cm and am now at 72kg, I'm still not buff, there's still a long way ahead of me, but at least I don't look like I just escaped from Auschwitz anymore.

I'm not saying I'm buff, but I've made decent progress I think. Just eat and lift and you'll make it slowly but surely. Starting out from where your at is going to be hard, don't get dicouraged and push through. Don't forget to eat and keep eating

Former skelly here, you can escape Auschwitz, you just need to diet as well as you lift. I never gained any weight in my life until 9 months ago, when I started eating 4 meals a day and had a 2 scoop everyday. Now I've escaped Auschwitz, and you can too.

I was 110lbs at 5'10 last year, pic is me now at 160lbs

Still a long way to go but I'm definitely over the hardest part. Eating so much more was a real struggle and at one point I threw up from trying to force myself to finish my plate on a full stomach
Weight gainer is really useful. 1000+ calories of lean protein, low sugar. I add oats to mine for extra gains
