how long will it take me to achieve this physique?
Fyi I am a 177cm 62kg skelly who's also skinnyfat

do I need to do a lot of cardio and certain excersises or just lift like everybody else? I wanna look good in clothes too, so I dont wanna look like a bodybuilder

Any advice?

I have and I actually lifted for 4 months a year ago but had to stop because of a back injury. Made almost no gains because I wasnt sleeping and eating enough.

Now that I can lift again I dont wanna waste time and do everything right. I actually did a lot of research in the past months, but I wanna know if there is any special advice to achieving a physique like that.

Maybe not a skelly, but very skinny with a higher body fat percentage and a gut...

ignore squats if you dont care about functionality cause its gonna get you a thicker waist for obvious reasons.personally i do them because im not a fag who doesnt work out legs but to each his own

you can be like this at 62kg, it all depends on your fat percentage

for physique like this you might want to check out starting aesthetics, but i wouldnt do that before doing some strength training -- at point where you dl twice your bodyweight and bench at least bodyweight 6 times

OP /fit/ doesn't know because /fit/ doesn't lift or is fatassfatass ugly trucker looking dudes.

That said your photo has some small amount of mass and great genetics for height and face. Just get your body fat down to around 10% and then see what you look like. If you need more muscle or aren't happpy, lean bulk till you're bigger and hit 12-15% BF and cut down again. After a bout a year of this you'll have your body in the optimal shape for model mode. You might look better, you might look worse, that depends on genetics which you can't help.

Eat a clean diet and cycle your carbs for maximum effect.
