Okay, so apparently I'm retarded or something because I've read and read and read endless amounts of sites and wikis and I'm more confused now than before. I just want someone to tell me very simply what to do. I'm 18 years old at about 5'11 and I weigh 200 lbs. I eat about 2,000 calories a day my activity consists of walking about a mile a day and sitting the rest. I don't want 12 paragraphs of how digestion works or what a 35 year-old woman can do in 30 minutes, I just want someone to tell what exercise I should do and for how long. I already know I should eat less than I burn but I just don't know where to start or how to go about exercising. Can someone give a starter some pointers for simple exercises please?

Similar to op, i've read the sticky. But i dont know how to proceed.

I started as 350 lbs on december and now i'm 284 lbs today. I've changed my diet and i sometimes do cardio.

I'm starting to have loose skin and i'm scared, should i stop for a while then go on? People say if i keep losing weight to fast i will have loose skin.

What would be the good thing to do? should i start lifting?

My main problem is that i have lumbar escoliosis so i don't know honestly where to go from here. Excuse my english i'm not native speaker and i'm retarded
