I have it. If a doctor doesn't suggest otherwise I'd say swimming could help slightly.

I have the same thing, really wide shoulders, joined jiu-jitsu when I was little and it was way more... Pronounced?

Pigeon chest is so fucking easy to fix.

Try having pectus excavatum, it takes a surgery and 2 years to fix that shit.
