I have a home-gym and I thoroughly enjoy lifting though, about to hit 4 years lifting and still love it more than ever.

I just love lifting, if I didn't I def wouldn't have a home-gym and I def wouldn't be lifting more than 3-4 times a week.

It is definitely possible. My father was a huge lifter in his late teens/early 20's. Almost went Olympic. At 21 his pancreas stopped working on him. Just flat out stopped. He's still strong as fuck but damn.
