I mean, it really depends on the person. Some people on the VERY low end of test could use TRT to bring them back to average levels, while people with average levels of test could just take roids and use 'muh TRT' as an excuse.

It is probably best to just ban it all together because of this variation and how difficult it is to differentiate between one who actually needs it for medical reasons and one who just uses it as an excuse to roid.

Not always. Some people have medical conditions that prevent them from producing the normal amounts (e.g. pituitary gland tumor), or it can just slow down as people age.
For example, I've never used roids, and I only have test levels in the low 300 range (ng/dL), despite the average for my age group being anywhere from 400-1100. I'm making an appointment this week to talk to a doctor, which might end up with me being prescribed TRT somewhere down the line.

I had really bad SI and was told by some old powerlifter to do a lot of pigeon posing and hamstring stretching. Ended up getting worse. Went to chiro and he told me to stop stretching hamstrings and only do dynamic stretches that keep the spine neutral. All pain as since dissipated. 10/10 would recommend.

stretching is important and has its place, but usually if you're stretching something before you work it and it just gets tight again its because its getting tight trying to protect something else that isn't working right, (usually glutes, so many people have glute problems that "glute activation" is basically becoming a meme)

but for real, dynamic warmups, don't be scared of just doing things like lunges, jumps, long jumps, squats with mark bell meme hip circle or a band, side laying clams, etc etc etc

Lads, I'm running an adapted TM as proposed by Lascek, so I'm doing 3RM on ID and 3x5 (which I've switched to 5x3) on squats and bench on VD. I think I could make use of a bit more DL training/frequency (instead of doing it only on ID).

I mean since its the SS layout, so when I deadlift 1 time in a week that gives me a little more time to recover. I keep adding 10 lbs because the bar speed just doesn't decrease every time I do add that kind of weight. I am just as surprised as you are that I've been able to go from 275x5 to 335x5 in the space of about 5 weeks, and that I don't feel like I'm dying from the rate of progression. Not even close. I think being on TM for squats helps me recover for my deadlifts, since the intensity isn't as high as often. But since it's such a recent change, I don't see how it would help me very much.
