hi, i am eating very low cals

like 2 chicken quarterlegs and 500-1000g of broccoli each day (sometimes a glass of milk or 2)

this adds up to about 1300 cals daily

is it important to have one refeed day each week where i eat maintenance (or is it over maintenance?) on mainly carbs?

if u are very low carbs and train hard and deplete nearly all ur glycogen I would suggest a refeed

the lower ur carbs and calories the higher ur carbs should be for ur refeed

my refeed day is around 800 carbs and I still don't feel like my muscles are filled out
other days are 1200-1350 cals with nearly no carbs.

Im cutting on 2000 a day. Im losing 1-2 lbs a week. 1300 is like woman mode

not even that hungry since i eat so much veggies to stay full.

fair enough. im on a PPLPPLx routine with cardio on the pull and leg days. The thought of dropping to 1300 scares me. I dont think id be able to get out of bed haha
