honestly I think I just got lucky, everynight for a while I would use lotion with vitamin e oil in it because I read it helps with stretch marks, but aside from that I didnt do anything special

I was really happy with my lift progression. My March photo was right when I started lifting. My bench went from 135x5 to about 165x5. Deadlift from 245x5 to 305x5. OHP went from 105x5 to 140x5. Squat from 185x5 to 225x5. Granted complete novice mistakes were probably made so strength gains may be very off. I went up weight a lot when I perfected my form on the lifts and also got a training partner to push me.

i used to be somewhat /fit/ back in highschool but became a crazy neet neckbeard when i graduated untill recently. i am the new yearser who didnt quit /fit/

the only 1 rep max ive tested is 2 plate DL (ya i know) i went from only military pressing the bar to being able to do a 35 plate tho
