Recommend me some books/audio books /fit/. I prefer audio books since I can listen to them in the gym. I just got laid off and I want to better myself while I am having this down time. So I come out of this a better man.

If you have the habit of having a messy home then this book is good.
It's kinda written for the mind of a woman but it's helped me get my shit togheter nonetheless.

I mainly listen to podcasts
for general knowledge about everything, Stuff You should know, is really good.
Have listened through almost every episode I think when I commute, ride bike or lift.
