Serious questions fit
I've been working out for the past 5 weeks and went down to 229lbs from 238lbs
Today I felt the need to drink, and gather my family for a bbq. I bought beer, carne asada, chicken, and prepared the condiments such ass guacamole and home made red sauce.
How much am I fucking up? Im planning on getting fucked up by the end of the night

Guac is good for you (good fats and micros), eat the carne asade good protein, minimal beer if u can. No sugary shit OP i swear to god OP u better not.

You can have such a cheat day, but only 1-2 a month.
That's easily a pound gained depending on how much you eat/drink. Doing this weekly will fuck you up.
