I like to do super sets from bar curls into clean jerks. Is it bad to do curls with a bench bar? My friend has said its bad for the wrist. I like to do it cause i can go straight into the cleans.

I feel like i keep good enough form to not hurt them.
I'm starting out with cleans and jerks so i'm only doing like 60-70 pounds. I do it for a good exercise cause it makes my arms burn and feel huge.
