in order to cope i ate pizza every other day, slept for an average of 3 hours a night, and skipped the gym

behold, the results!

Any tips on how to recover from this disaster?

Well we started lifting around the same time and I remember comparing my lifts to yours each time you posted in CBT threads. Just don't look back and keep continuing on the grind, don't let the setback get to your head. Looking forward to see your progress again!
