Heavy weights will be 5x5's same weight with what I can handle or working up through 3x8's to max weight. 65's, 3pl8 and the 115 bar (they're the one piece curl bars) if I'm doing volume work which is what I'm usually up to these days. Strict reps because I go with my brother half of the time and if one of us caught the other cheating the shit talking wouldn't end.
