I want a V-Taper and Functional Strength to an extent. Basically my punches should be stronger instead of my biceps slowing them down.
I'm chubby but I have a giant ass and traps naturally. On top of that, I started with SL5x5 like a retard cuz all my friends told me to do it. Now I do my own program. 4 day/week split.

I just want to get rid of my shitty body shape. I tried cutting but I lose so much weight and no fat. Shitty Asian genetics I guess. I have a large ass that makes me seem fatter than normal. I'm actually pretty lean. Like I can Squat and DL heavy even after I skip legs for months on end.
It's 3x12 for all exercises. Progressive overload style.

Don't skip legs entirely, just do them once a week instead of every session like many of the routines.
Leg day is about getting definition rather than giant legs caused by a load of fat being pushed outwards by your newfound muscles.

repeat and i usually skip the second leg day. i'm most likely going to stop doing that though because i can tell my legs are lacking
