2 years ago I hurt my shoulder from doing rows/pull ups and my doctors misdiagnosed it, after then getting an MRI with no answers I gave up lifting for a year because I was so frustrated. Then 3 months ago I've been researching and learning how to isolate every muscle in my upper body to solve this riddle myself which now I'm 99% sure it's the teres minor muscle and I must have pulled it or (hopefully not) torn it.

So how can I heal a 2 year old pulled muscle? Other than myofasia release I was thinking acupuncture...could that help? Electronic muscle stimulation?

You fucked that up 2 years ago and still hurts?

Sounds to me like some kind of tear on the tendon.

Check if it is not an inflamed tendon who makes contact with the acromion.
There are plenty of exercieses to self heal most of this shit.
Search in T nation about the rotator cuff, their exercises are awesome.
>>
Use SARMS to heal it up

If I were OP I'd use mk677 or a GH peptide. SARMS will not repair tendon. Clearly it isn't going to heal without some help.

Can some one help me out, that horizontal bone becomes sore when I do lowbar squats for anything 150lb+

looks like a tendon anon, my bro fucked his shoulder up exactly the same way, after a long time hurting and waiting to heal itself finally goes to the doctor, they tell him it's the tendon.

After a minor surgery and a couple months of recovery he's lifting again, taking it slow this time.

Just go to another doctor.

This. A tendon sprain will heal on its own in 1 to 4 months. A tendon tear will only get worse over time. If this thing has only gotten worse over 2 years, then it's definitely a tear, not a sprain.

Active release therapy?

Echoing this.
Will need surgery, but recovery is usually pretty fast.

Go to another doctor.
