anyone use something like this? got a pretentious blender recently, seems like a good way to get fruit and veg for lazy bastards like me. share recipes, i guess.
>strawberries
>raspberries
>protein powder>
>banana
>oats
>milk
breakfast done
>almond milk
>a fuck ton of spinach
>celery
>banana
>frozen pineapple
>orange or apple
every morning with coffee.
I just throw in healthy stuff that I know I wouldn't be eating otherwise
>swiss chard
>cranberries
>wild blueberries
>ginger root
>random greens when avaiIable like carrot greens, dandelion, radish greens, etc
>sometimes cocoa powder
Fill with almond milk and a banana and blend. I don't count it as a breakfast though, it's just a healthy fucking snack

>don't fruit have too much sugar?
Sugar from fruits isn't unhealthy
>won't vegetables be disgusting?
If you have fruits in there, you don't even taste most vegetables
I blend shit up when I don't have time for breakfast. I throw in:
Frozen bananas
Frozen strawberries
Peanut butter
Plain Greek yogurt
Rolled oats
Milk
Pretty filling, decent amount of calories, decent distribution of protein, fat, and carbs.

Me mum bought one to "Eat healthy and tone up!"
She used it for like a week and forgot about it.
I've been using it for the past month and it's good.
500 ml water
2 cups of vanilla proton
1/3 cup of oats
1 tbsp of penis butter
1 tbsp of honey
Gr8 post-workout shake

Here's what Tropical Smoothie Cafe tosses into their's [see image]. Yeah, they add 47 g of sugar per 24 floz drink. You will do better.
Not listed on the image is their overpriced add-ins. Here's a few to get you started:
Whole Grain Oats 19 g
Ground Flax Seed 3.5 g
Whey Protein 28 g
Their magic ratio is 2 parts ice/yogurt |1 part fruit parts | 1 part liquid. Add additional liquid if needed to blend smooth.
