Medical studies show NOT doing daily cardio is bad. Protein no idea never measured it I eat meat in every meal though and nuts so I'm probably at or over the requirements.

I walk daily off term and during term I use the crossfit machine and do some walking as well. I'm doing daily cardio till I get lean then I'll start lifting again.

I also eat fish. My diet is high protein never bothered to measure out the exact number of grams.

I do HIIT followed by 100 push-ups once a week. i also jump rope and shadowbox for a half hour once a week. i will start with 10 minutes of jump roping and then switch between 5 min of shadowboxing and 5 minutes of jump rope.

Nice. I'm honestly thinking of just doing daily cardio forever, got good bone structure, decent gains nothing impressive by fit standards but good enough for Normie's. I think I might just get lean and stay like that. Grills don't even seem to care about much muscle and frankly I prefer cardio.
