I get one real full cheat meal a month (pizza, usually) and each weekend one large but still healthful meal - maybe just larger portions or a little extra prep to make something special/different.

I never full on cheat. When I'm cutting, I'll at worst break even and eat at maintenance. I'll still get my protein too. When I'm bulking, nothing is cheating :^)

Aim for a caloric surplus of 250-300 calories. Anything over is just extra fat gain. Your body can only put on about 1kg of lbm a month under ideal conditions as a natty

i don't believe you're nearly this strict. post pictures of your shredded midsection.
i cheat nearly every weekend, but because i only lift during the week, i can immediately fast after a cheat meal. granted, my cheat meals aren't usually junk food or dessert. Usually I'll just pound pasta, cereal, or peanut butter and jelly.

I do not. Don't really count macros but avoid fat and sugar so no burgers or pizza or fast food or sweets.
Sometimes I'll break and just think fuck it and eat like a retard 1-2 times a month like a buffet or at home.
I enjoy cereal too much. Oats, bran flakes wheat bisks. I had such bad stomach pain last time I did that.
Probably be more strict on that I want this weight-loss period to be over.

My cheat meals are all on Monday now. I weigh myself on Sunday/Monday morning, and placing the measurement times afterwards helps me avoid false positives from excess sodium or carb bloat.
